Mr. Umesh Kumar Singh (52) joined Tata Steel in 1993 as Graduate Trainee, post his B.E. (Mechanical) from BIT Mesra. He also holds a Diploma in Management studies from XIM, Bhubaneswar. Mr. Singh has over 21 years of experience in areas of procurement management, project management, supply chain management in the steel industry, TQM, Theory of Constraint, TBEM and Operations. He was appointed as Chief Project Procurement, Kalinganagar Projects, Tata Steel in 2011, where his responsibilities included execution of project procurement for greenfield steel plant, logistics operations, material management, import-export shipments, as well as establishing and maintaining quality standard processes. In 2016, Mr. Singh was appointed as Chief Operations & New Initiatives, IBMD and was responsible recovery, reuse and recycling of all solid wastes generated at the Tata Steel Plant. In February 2020, he was appointed as the Executive Director of Tata Pigments Limited and thereafter, in June 2020, he was appointed as the Managing Director of Tata Pigments Limited, the position which he currently holds. Mr. Singh has brought about significant change in areas that he has handled and has been a high performing leader with proven track record.

Mr. Haturusinghe serves as Director in Charge and Director to Dutch Lanka Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. Counts over 29 years of experience in the fields of Operations, Production and Marketing. He holds an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton, UK

Mr. Trevine has over 30 years’ work experience at HSBC (local and overseas) from 1978 to 2008 and retired at the end of 2008 as the Deputy CEO. He was seconded by HSBC to work at the Saudi British Bank, Saudi Arabia as Head of Credit from 1996-1999. He was also appointed as the Group Chief Risk Officer at the Bank of Ceylon from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to May 2016 he was appointed as the Chief Risk Officer/Executive Vice President Risk at the DFCC Group. Mr. Trevine Fernandopulle is chairman of the Board of AMW Capital Leasing and Finance Plc. He is a member of the Board of the National Insurance Trust Fund and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Joseph Frazer Memorial Hospital. Mr. Trevine was also the Past President of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Sri Lanka Branch) and the Founder Member and Past Vice President of the Association of Banking Risk Professionals Sri Lanka. Mr. Trevine is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers London and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers London. He holds a BSc (Mathematics) from the Imperial College University of London and holds an MSc (Statistics) from the London School of Economics University of London.

Dr. Das graduated in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Rourkela and has a MBA Degree from University of Hull, UK with a British Council Scholarship under the Colombo Plan. He has rich experience in Mines. Metals & Power sector. He started his career in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as a Management Trainee and served 6 years in the Aeronautical production sector. Subsequently, he joined National Aluminum Company Limited (NALCO)and served the company in many key functions. As Chairman-cum-Managing Director.NALCO a Navratna, Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE), he has made substantial contributions in areas of Project Management. Operations. Sustainability, Marketing, Human Resources,CorporateGovernance etc. In Augus t 2015, Dr. Das was appointed as Member & subsequently as theChairman, Public Enterprises Selection Board, Govt. of India primarily engaged in selection of CMD's and Functional Directors of CPSE. He has also served the Govt. of India as Chairman and Member of various search cum selection committees for top Government Appointments including Regulatory Bodies & Government led SPVs etc. Based on his professional contributions, he was conferred Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) in 2019 by Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar a premier technical university of the State. He was actively associated with several industry associations and was Chairman, Cll,Odisha. He is also a Member of the Governing Board of XIMB University, Bhubaneswar.
