Our first Port Terminal Trailers ("Bomb Cart Trailer") was developed in 1995. Since then more than 2000 units have been supplied to port operators around the world in a variety of capacities and configurations
All the models can be offered with options such as solid tyres, bolt-on guides, rocker beam suspension, braked or unbraked axles.
RORO trailers are customized both for container handling and for general cargo. Double oscillating Bogie with solid rubber tyres will provide many hours of trouble free service. Gooseneck pockets can be customized to suit any customer requirement of varying goosenecks.
Our models range from 40 Tons to 120 Tons.
All the models can be offered with options such as solid tyres, bolt-on guides, rocker beam suspension, braked or unbraked axles.
Our skeletal Chassis with heavy-duty guides are a practical solution to handling containers within the port. The simple but robust design is ideally suited for harsh operating conditions.
The Drawbar trailers too can be used for both port and road applications. A heavy duty ball-race turntable is fitted to the front axle, fully fitted unit with brakes and lights are available for road applications.
Our robust high liquid capacity Bunded Trailer is equipped with heavy duty side guides to ensure containers can be easily positioned. Provided with twist locks to lock leaking containers to the trailer for stability, discharge is provided from all four corners of the trailers.
The 18,000 liter capacity Tanker Re-Fueller is fitted with a dual discharge unit of 50 liters/min and 500 liters/min.
Spreader Trailers are used to transport spreaders in the terminals. The spreader Trailer also utilize as a work station to keep the spreader during repairs. Could carry 1x20" or 2x20" or 1x40" spreaders at a time.
Standard skeletal trailers can be used for both port and road applications. Designed for 2x20', 1x40' or 1x45' ISO containers.

Our range of Flat Bed Trailers are mainly use for loose cargo transportation suchas Gas bottle transportation, Generator transportation, Poles, Sugar cane, Barrel transportation, Steel coil transportation etc. All the DLT Flat Beds are designed to carry 2x20', 1x40' or 1x45' ISO containers too. We have customized our Flat Beds to many special requirements.
Flat Bed Trailers built with removable drop doors are available for transportation cargo where lashing cannot be done.
We manufacture Flat Bed Trailers with Pillars for transportation of pipes, steel, poles etc. Full body trailers are available catering individual's requirements..
Our Low Bed Trailers are mainly in use for transportation of heavy machinery, earth moving equipment, tankers and generators etc. Lashing hooks and pulley wheel and under-slung suspensions are mandatory. Side extensions provided on request.
Rear loading Ramps which operated manually or hydraulically could be provided as per customer requirements. Most Low beds are manufacture as per customer requirement, where length, width and height can be customized to suit individual requirement.
For bulk transportation of clinker, Coal, Metal, Soil, Sand etc. Axles will be fitted according to capacity and load. Higher width can be providing on individual requirement.
Ideal for applications with palletized cargo. Loading/unloading from all three sides enhance both handling and loading efficiency. Ability to print the curtain side with digital images provides impressive free advertising.
Transportation of any liquid or gas such as fuel, furnace oil, water etc. Available in different capacities. The tanks are constructed out of mild steel with manholes, hose carrier, discharge faucets, drain pipes, rear ladder etc.
Design to carry light vehicles such as cars, vans, double cabs and jeeps. Comprehensive features such as No of decks, dimension and designing of the trailer could be done as per customer requirement.
Extendable trailers provide you the much needed extra space which comes in handy when transporting poles, rods, iron bars and other heavy materials that are substantially long. Skeletal trailers, flatbed trailers and even low bed trailers could be designed and manufactured as extendable trailers. Convenient and simple method to extend the trailer with safety locks.
